Wallet & Ledger

Two complementary cost-management tools for AVO’s external API consumption. Wallet monitors API provider balances across all external services (Google Knowledge Graph, Wikipedia, DataForSEO, Jina, PageSpeed Insights, Firecrawl, AI platforms) in real time, polling every 15 minutes with threshold alerts. Ledger records every individual API call — which provider, which endpoint, the cost, and which domain and pipeline job it was for — creating a full cost audit trail per measurement run. Every VS run shows a cost estimate before starting (prompt count × platforms × runs per platform) so clients make informed decisions about scope.
