Calibration

The engineer-facing process of tuning how AS Datapoints behave — score curves, thresholds, weighting, floor and ceiling values. Engineers use Shastra to inspect how a Datapoint scores across real domains, identify scoring patterns that don’t reflect intended behaviour, adjust parameters, test changes using AS Simulate, and publish approved configurations via TimeMachine. Calibration is ongoing: as more domains are measured and more outcomes are verified, the signal-to-outcome relationships that inform calibration become more reliable.
