AVO Practice Loop

The closed operational cycle that defines AVO practice. AS surfaces where readiness is deficient; OMG selects and executes actions targeting what AS revealed; VS verifies whether the executed work in fact produced AI-mediated visibility; re-measurement closes the cycle. The Loop is the structural definition of AVO practice — a practitioner running any one component in isolation is not running AVO. The Loop also resolves the diagnostic question that single-measurement frameworks cannot: when visibility is low, is the cause a problem of authority or a problem of execution? With AS and VS in pair, the question is answerable structurally.
