Without correction, these claims propagate: one AI system’s mistake gets cited by users, gets cited in derivative AI systems, gets archived in retrieval contexts. G-12 work proceeds through four phases.
Phase 1 — Monitoring infrastructure. Systems are established to detect what AI systems are saying about the brand. Methods include:

- User reporting channels (the brand can establish channels for users to report inaccurate AI claims)

Phase 2 — Misinformation triage. Detected inaccuracies are triaged by severity.
